Flint River Ranch – Automatic Shipments
We would like to remind all of customers that you can set up automated shipments so that your pet’s favorite Flint River Ranch formula is on a regular shipping & billing cycle for their nutritional needs!
Auto-Ship profiles can be easily established when ordering thru our website at http://www.F-R-R.com or by calling us at 1-877-410-0152
To set up an Auto-ship profile, your FRR CSR’s will need to know the following information:
- Your First And Last Name
- Verification Of Shipping And Billing Addresses
- Daytime Phone Number
- Your Preferred Email Address
- FRR Product(S) Desired For Automatic Delivery
- Starting Shipment Date
- Method Of Payment Authorized For These Future Shipments (Please Do Not Send Us Your Credit Card # Over An Email. Only Directly Through Our Website, Voicemail, Over The Phone Or By Fax Is Secure!)
Some basic rules do apply. Adjustments or canceling any Auto-ship must be done no later than five (5) business days before the next shipment date. FRR cannot stop or change an Auto-Ship with less than five (5) business days as we run all Auto-Ships in advance for proper delivery. Flint River Ranch processes Auto-Ships usually run one (1) day prior, for Tuesday through Friday shipments. Saturday, Sunday and Monday are run on Thursday and Friday of the week prior. We make adjustments to future Auto-Ships so that they are run a business day before a holiday or any other issue that could delay your shipment.
If the credit card on the Auto-ship profile has expired, our program will not run that Auto-ship order and it will not ship. However, we send out email notification to all “soon-to-expire” credit card holders beginning the month before the credit card is supposed to expire. These emails are sent out at the beginning of every month and include the previous month, the current month and the following month credit cards soon to expire. We must have your preferred email address so we can keep you advised on all issues regarding Flint River Ranch and your account.
If the credit card declines while processing the Auto-ship order, we will manually try the credit card along with any valid credit card on file in order to get the shipment to you. If we cannot process payment, we email two (2) notifications and also attempt to call the phone number on file. If there is no email on file, we will mail one (1) copy of the declined/voided order and attempt to call the phone number on file. After three (3) consecutive declined payments with no response from customer, we will cancel the Auto-ship profile.
We hope that you will consider using our Auto-ship service to make sure your orders get to your pet on time and hopefully just before they are needed. We want it this way to insure you get the best and freshest products possible.
